Pericom Technology,
Inc. (PTI) is a U.S. based, privately held corporation, headquartered
in Taipei, Taiwan and Shenzhen, China.
In addition to U.S. engineering, marketing and warehousing, the Corporation
includes eight manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and China.

Pericom Technology was opened in the United States with the goal of providing
custom manufactured products direct to the end user with the added advantage
of dealing direct with U.S. partner-firms.
We have over 230K square feet of manufacturing facilities in Asia. Over
1,800 highly skilled employees contribute their proficiency in manufacturing,
engineering, servicing, selling, and supporting all Pericom products.
Pericom Technology is fully aware of the need for a seamless process
in both communication and delivery. That is why when you deal with Pericom
U.S., you are dealing direct with your single-source manufacturer in Asia.

| Quality Statement
Our policy is to supply industry with highly reliable products to exacting
standards. The quality department has the charter of continually improving
quality in not only finished goods but also vendor-supplied materials.
At each of our facilities there is a program in effect to monitor, on
a daily basis, the internal manufacturing process. Training programs for
all employees are on going. Our management and employees are committed
to the defined goal of 100% quality.

| THE THREE "Cs"
CONTROL:
By keeping a tight rein on work in progress (WIP), Pericom's production
cycle time is shortened and kept under strict control. This assures Pericom's
punctual delivery. Strict internal standards and adherence to customer
specifications ensure consistently high quality output through all stages
of the production cycle. Our Quality Control Policy is: Zero-defect.
CAPACITY:
At present our manufacturing capabilities provide over 230,000 square
feet of production space. We plan to add over 48,000 square feet of production
space for new projects.
COMMUNICATION:
With Pericom you are guaranteed rapid and accurate on-time feedback to
any inquiry by experienced, multi-lingual staff and engineers in our Buena
Park, California office. All questions will be answered directly by your
personal QA-PROJECT MANAGER located in our Buena Park office.
